MOVABLE CELL GUIDE STANCHIONS

Movable Cell Guide Stanchions can be installed loose or rotatable within Cell Guides. The use of this technique allows the loading of containers above general cargo and, hence, increase the flexibility in cargo loading drastically.

The Mock-Up Test is an essential element in the supply of new buildings. Herewith various lashing arrangements can be tested and simulated before being installed on the vessel, e.g. lashing lengths, arrangements of lashing plates or lashing eyes.

CSA and CSM for container & RORO vessels

The Container Securing Arrangement Plan (CSA) is a handbook specifying the container lashing arrangements including lashing rods, turnbuckles, twistlocks and other elements on the container vessel.

optimal accuracy with OFFSET PLANs

Offset plans are indicating the exact position of sockets, single and double lashing plates on either deck and guide fittings or welding cones in hold. When receiving an order for fixed lashing equipment, MEC prepares offset drawings if not otherwise specified.
